Survey Summaries Report

Concepts

These reports summarize the results of surveys conducted via the touch screen/kiosk. They don't detail each person's individual responses, and demographic information is not available for responses to surveys which were marked as anonymous when the survey was taken.

Survey summary reports are not run to a printer. Due to the nature of their design, they are exported to an Excel file instead where the results can more easily be manipulated.

When to use this report

• To get counts of replies to surveys, for example how many people answered "yes" to "Are you attending our Volunteer luncheon?" - not specifically who answered "yes".

Steps in this task

1. Click on the Survey summaries link from the Reports panel.

   

2. Set a title for the report along with filters on the survey type and dates completed.
3. Optionally filter on the survey respondents themselves.
4. Select the file to be created with the results.
5. Click Export to run the report and export the data.

Each survey and each question on that survey will be summarized showing the number of responses each question received along with the number of unique respondents.
