Assignments Listings Reports

Assignments listings reports are detail reports showing the people assigned to jobs in your project, along with the details of their assignments. These are "column" reports. You can't use the report designer here, but you do have a lot of flexibility in what data columns appear.

When to use this report

Steps in this task

  1. Click on the Assignments listings link from the Reports panel.

  2. Choose the fields to be printed: Group, Supervisor, Location, Job, Job group, Job group parent, Start date/time, Start date, Start time, Status, Finish date/time, Finish time, Finish date, Duration and Comments.
  3. Select the contact field to include and whether or not to include any available value if this contact field is empty.
  4. Choose a custom field (or none) to include next to each person.
  5. Select a font size to use, and give the report a title.
  6. Choose your sort order.
  7. Set any filters for the assignments themselves on the Assignment criteria panel: Locations, sports, scratched, jobs, job groups, start date/time and window, and whether to include slot assignments, non-slot assignments or both, and supervisor.
  8. Set any criteria for the people associated with the assignments on the Source criteria panel.
  9. Click Print to run the report.
