Custom Application Forms

Custom application forms are a way to organize fields from various aspects of a person in one place for data entry, possibly looking very much like your existing paper forms. The forms which show on this panel are ones that were previously entered. They are "snapshots", showing the data that was entered at the time, not necessarily the person's current data, and as such are read-only: you can't edit them afterwards. Click on any item here to open it up and see its contents.
