Messages from Volunteers to Staff (via kiosk)

Concepts

You can also allow volunteers to send messages back to staff via VSys and the kiosk interface. You can set up categories of questions that volunteers might need to ask - e.g. donations, general, complaints and they will come to you in VSys via incoming messages.

Steps in this task

There are two steps in configuring VSys to allow these messages.

  1. Enable the option to send messages from the kiosk.
  2. Create an incoming message type for the kiosk.
