Concepts

Use surveys to ask questions of your volunteers via the kiosk, then collate and summarize their responses.

Surveys are comprised of rules which determine who should be surveyed plus one or more questions.
Questions have one or more answers, and depending on the survey, the volunteer can select either one or one or more answers in each question.
Once a person completes a survey once, they won't be prompted to complete that survey again.

You can also use surveys for things like RSVPs on upcoming events that pretty much everyone is invited to.

Defining Surveys

Click on Surveys from the Setup section of the Touchscreen/kiosk panel.

Tools

Add survey

Creates an all-new survey.

On the right-click menu

Right-click on a survey in this list to edit its properties and for other tools relevant to specific surveys.

Add survey	Creates an all-new survey.
View	Opens the survey's properties screen in read-only mode.
Edit	Edits the properties of this survey.
Make inactive	Deactivates the survey, but does not delete it. (An inactive survey is never used by VSys.) Use this to temporarily disable a survey that you may want to use again later.
Delete	Permanently deletes this survey.
