In order to log in via the touchscreen/kiosk, every volunteer must have a web/kiosk user ID and web/kiosk password, or a swipeable credential (ID badge). The user ID and password can be entered manually on the Web/kiosk panel in the Profile Editor, imported using the Interactive File Importer, or entered by the volunteers themselves on a custom application form.
