Concepts
Special requests are similar to skills in that they can be used to find the appropriate person for a job assignment, but they do it by indicating what a person cannot do or what he/she needs, rather than what he/she wants. Sample special requests include "Assignments - Indoor", "Meals - Kosher" and "No heavy lifting". You can filter, sort and report on people based on this value.
How to use
Define special requests and needs using the Special requests/needs link on the Setup panel. Define a new one with the Add special request/need link, or edit/delete existing items by right-clicking on them.
Deleting a special request removes that special request from all people who currently have it.
