Concept
Skills are a person's talents, or at least those which are applicable to your organization. VSys comes with many built-in skills, and you can define new ones or delete unneeded ones as appropriate.
When to use
You can search for people by skill, and VSys uses each person's skills when trying to find someone to automatically assign to a job.
How to use
Setup skills by clicking on the Skills link on the Setup panel. Use the Add skill link to define a new skill, or right-click a skill to edit or delete it.
Deleting a skill removes that skill from all people who currently have it.
Skills are stored by internal codes, not by name. Renaming a skill renames it for all people who have that skill.
