Incoming messages are those messages sent by a volunteer to you via VSys Live, the VSys Kiosk, E-mail or SMS/text message. These messages are automatically associated with the volunteer who sent them where possible. VSys lets you define multiple types of incoming messages so that you can better communicate with your volunteers.
