Membership Manager

Concepts

The membership manager is a tool for selecting memberships based on a set of criteria and then editing, deleting, or mailing to those members.

When to use this tool

Steps in this task

  1. Select the Membership manager from the User tools panel.
  2. Use the fields at the left to select which membership records to display.
  3. Click on the Get memberships button. This will bring up all of the memberships records which meet your criteria.

On the right-click menu

Right-click on a person on the list to modify individual memberships or perform other actions.

Add a new membership

Creates a new membership of the type that you select.

Edit membership

Edits the membership.

Edit member

Edits the owner of the membership.

Delete

Deletes/un-deletes this membership.
