Resolving Standalone E-mail Robot Service Issues

When the Standalone E-mail Robot starts up, it logs substantial details about its startup process to the file:
logs\VSysOneEmailRobot.log
This is in the subfolder "logs" within the same folder where VSysOneEmailRobot.exe is running. If the E-mail Robot is unable to create or use this folder to store log files it will continue normally and without errors but will not log its startup process.

Using that file, VSys One technical support can assist in determining why the Standalone E-mail Robot service may not be starting properly. (This file contains no login details or information which could compromise the security of your database.)

If you've used an alternate name for the Standalone E-mail Robot with the /SERVICENAME parameter, the filename of the log file will reflect the service name.
