VSys One has a built-in word processor and mail-merge engine which you can use to send printed letters and e-mails to your volunteers. VSys merges your templates with each volunteer's data, and then keeps a record of all communications sent, so you can go back and reference it later or re-send letters as needed.
Every letter has a letter type and a template. These let you organize your letters generally by type ("Thank you letter", "Save the date", etc.). You can also post "empty" letters - use VSys to print the mailing labels for your newsletter and then record for the recipients that the newsletter was sent.
Save money on postage and e-mail your communications with the E-mail Robot. These e-mails are the results of the same mail merge process, and look to your volunteers just like the printed letters you send by mail. The letter body will be used as the e-mail and, with the click of a button, VSys will send them to all of the people on your list with a valid e-mail address. You can then print and send on paper the ones that couldn't be e-mailed.
