Setup Letter Types and Templates

Letter and e-mail merges are based on letter templates.

Every letter must have a letter type: this lets you organize different letters of the same type (e.g. "Assignment reminders") together even when you use multiple templates to make these letters.

Letters can optionally use RSVP statuses to track how the recipient responds to that letter.

E-mail attachments let you include files with outgoing e-mails.
