Special requests are similar to skills in that they can be used to find the appropriate person for a job assignment, but they do it (usually) by indicating what a person needs, rather than what he/she wants. Sample special requests include "Assignments - Indoor", "Meals - Kosher" and "No heavy lifting". You can filter, sort and report on people based on this value.
Define special requests and needs on the Setup panel under using the Special requests/needs link. Add a new one with the Add request/need link. Edit, delete or change existing items to inactive by right-clicking on them.
Deleting a special request removes that special request/need from all people who currently have it.
