The Jobs/slots calendar tool gives you two ways of viewing your job slots and assignments:

• By day, with one or more days showing at once, each day in its own column.
• By location, showing only one day's slots and assignments, with the slots and assignments in different columns, one for each location.

Click on the View mode link to change how VSys presents this data.

Day mode

In this mode, every date gets its own column. Changing a slot's or assignment's location requires opening up that item and changing the location value, but it lets you see many days of information at once. Up to seven days at a time can be shown.

One day/location mode

In the "One day, locations for columns" mode, VSys shows you just one day's worth of slots and assignments, breaking these out into columns by location.
