See Applications Still on VSys Web

VSys gives you a tool to see applications which are on the VSys Web server without having to download them. This lets you modify their statuses - including deleting them - as needed. From the VSys Web panel, click on See applications still on web server under Data on server.

You might want to use this tool when a volunteer is checking on the status of her application.

Steps in this task

1. Set the date range to around the time that she says she submitted her application.
2. Select the statuses "Ready to download", "Ready to download, confirmed by applicant", and "Not confirmed by applicant".
3. Click Get applications.
4. See that her application's status is "Not confirmed by applicant." Her confirmation e-mail was probably eaten by her spam filter. Right-click on the application, select Set status, then Ready to download.
5. Click Save to save any changes here to the web database.

Next time you synchronize with VSys Web, VSys will now download her application for processing.
