- Scan your paper forms into VSys, attached to each volunteer's profile. VSys stores those scanned images - encrypted if you want - in its database, and can reproduce them for printing, e-mailing or faxing later.
- Attach Word or PDF files directly to the volunteer. You can extract the files when you need them to print or e-mail without having to keep the originals around.
