These are the details about outgoing messages, these don't have to be printed letters but also could have been sent by e-mail, kiosk or SMS/text message.

Code	16 digit ID code of the letter itself.
Date posted	Date the letter was merged.
Date sent
Description	Usually the name of the letter template used to generate the letter.

E-mail sender
E-mail subject
Log	The merging, sending and actions log for this letter.
Method
Recipient	16 digit ID code of the recipient.
RSVP	Only if RSVP/reply statuses have been defined and are enabled for this letter type.
Status	`Pending`, `Send`, `Cancelled`, `Returned undeliverable`, `Held`, `Delayed`, `Needs upload`, `Uploaded`, `Sent was duplicate`, `Sent and verified`, `Expired before sending`
Type	Letter type as defined for the template used to create this letter.
