Define incoming message types by clicking on the Incoming message types link on the Setup panel.
Right-click on a type to edit or delete it, click on Add incoming message type to define a new one. For each message type, define where it's allowed to be used by checking the appropriate boxes. Your options here will vary depending on what features are enabled in VSys: touchscreen/kiosk, VSys Web, or VSys Live.
